Tubezy ("the Game") is a colour-sorting puzzle game developed for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
Game progress (completed levels, scores, coins, settings) is stored locally on your device using standard browser storage (localStorage). If you enable iCloud, your progress may also sync via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store so you can continue playing on another device. This data is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

When you first open Tubezy, you may be asked to grant permission for ad tracking (Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised to you. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, you will also see a consent form where you can choose how your data is used for advertising.
You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Subscribers to Tubezy Pass enjoy a completely ad-free experience. No ads are shown and no ad-related data is collected for Pass subscribers.
Tubezy offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment information.
Tubezy integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you are signed in to Game Center, your display name and scores may be visible to other players. This is managed by Apple.
We collect basic, anonymous gameplay analytics (such as levels completed, features used, and crash data) to improve the game. This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Tubezy is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown to users are subject to Google's policies regarding child-directed content.
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only with the third-party services described above (Google AdMob for advertising, Apple for purchases, iCloud sync, and Game Center) as necessary for those services to function.
