By downloading, installing, or using Tubezy ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases including consumable items (hints, undos, coins), non-consumable upgrades (Double Coins Pass, Starter Bundle), and auto-renewing subscriptions (Tubezy Pass). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
Tubezy Pass is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
The Game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. Ads may include interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Subscribers to Tubezy Pass enjoy an ad-free experience.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that third-party ad providers may collect and use data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You may manage your ad preferences through your device settings and the in-app consent prompts provided.
Coins, hints, undos, and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded outside of the Game, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
You agree not to: (a) modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Game; (b) use the Game for any unlawful purpose; (c) exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage; (d) attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
All content in the Game, including but not limited to artwork, animations, sounds, text, and game mechanics, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Game content.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your use of the Game at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
