How do I remove ads?

Subscribe to Tubezy Pass (available monthly or annually) for a completely ad-free experience, plus unlimited lives, double coins, and all worlds unlocked. You can subscribe from the main menu or any paywall prompt in the game.

Why am I seeing ads?

Ads help keep Tubezy free to play. You'll see an occasional ad between levels and can choose to watch rewarded ads for bonus lives or to double your coins. Tubezy Pass subscribers never see any ads.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the Tubezy Pass screen or Shop, then tap "Restore" at the bottom. This will restore any active subscriptions and non-consumable purchases linked to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my Tubezy Pass subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Tubezy → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I lost my progress. Can you recover it?

Game progress is stored locally on your device and backed up via iCloud if enabled. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, your iCloud data should restore automatically. Purchases can always be restored using the Restore option. If your progress is still missing, please contact us.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings (gear icon) → Reset All Progress. This will permanently delete all game data from your device and iCloud. Alternatively, uninstalling the app removes all local data.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.

How do I unlock Aether Spire for free?

Complete the Daily Challenge under the time limit for 7 consecutive days to unlock Aether Spire without purchasing the Tubezy Pass.

What does Tubezy Pass include?

Tubezy Pass gives you: no ads, unlimited lives, double coins on every level, all Aether Spire levels, the Void Nexus world, all guardians unlocked, faster hint regeneration, and premium season rewards.

How do lives work?

You have 5 lives. Starting a level costs 1 life. Complete it and you get your life back. Lives regenerate every 15 minutes. You also get a free daily refill once per day. Tubezy Pass gives you unlimited lives.

What are the different worlds?

Tubezy has 5 worlds, each with unique mechanics: Crystal Cavern (pure sorting), Molten Forge (timed levels), Sunken Ruins (flood & current), Aether Spire (frozen tubes & blackout), and Void Nexus (gravity, void tubes, mirror, and peek).

How do I manage my ad privacy settings?

You can manage ad tracking in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you're in the EU, the consent form will reappear if you reinstall the app, allowing you to change your choices.
